Requirements:

Summoning Level of 57+ (for the spirit graahk pouch)
Nature Talisman or Nature Tiara
Runecrafting Level of 44+ (to craft nature runes)
Start Location
You should choose a highly accessible location to start at. This location will be where you deposit your runes and withdraw more pure essence.
The most popular locations to bank at are:
Castle Wars - can use the Ring of Duelling to teleport back here and there is a bank just steps away.
Edgeville - can use the Amulet of Glory to teleport back here. The teleport location is right outside the bank.Teleporting
When you are ready to start, summon your Spirit Graahk. Right click on it and select Teleport.
Click here to view the location it will teleport you to. (also located on the map as the transport sign.)

The map above shows which routes you can take to the Nature Altar. Although it doesn't look obvious on the map, the white route is faster. The yellow route has many trees to navigate around which slows you down.
The Nature Rune image shows where the nature Altar is located.
When you have crafted your runes, use your chosen method to get back to your starting location. E.g. Ring of Duelling back to Castle Wars.
Bank your runes, get some more essence, and start again.

This is the basic inventory you could use to graahk run. There's not much else you can do with it.
Some people prefer to leave out the small pouch as it 'saves banking time'. Unless you're runecrafting without leaving a second to breathe then it doesn't matter much at all.
Items:
Small Pouch
Medium Pouch
Large Pouch - requires lvl 50 runecrafting.
Giant Pouch - requires lvl 75 runecrafting.
Pure Essence

This is required to be able to enter the Mysterious Ruins.

This will reduce your overall weight by 4.5kg. So you will not lose your run energy as quickly, meaning more nats made, less time wasted with no energy or potting.

Carry this at all times. It's important to get back to Edgeville to repair your pouches in the Abyss. Get a good stock of these if your banking location is Edgeville. If it's castle wars, then it's still a good idea to carry one in the event of forgetting your duel ring.

The main reason you'll need this is if your banking location is Castle Wars, but it's also helpful in case you forget your other choice of transportation.

These will reduce your overall weight by 7kg, so your run energy will decrease slower than it would otherwise.

Like the Spottier Cape, these boots also reduce your overall weight by 4.5kb, saving even more run energy.
